This dish is perfect for using up some leftover stuffing or breadcrumbs from the pantry. My husband and I love it because it's really tender and juicy, but a little crunchy on top! Yum!

Ingredients
- 5 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups stuffing (or sub. with bread crumbs)
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
How To Make mozzarella chicken

Step 1Tenderize chicken, and then place on bottom of a glass 9x13" baking pan.

Step 2Whisk together soup and water.

Step 3Put a small handful of cheese on each chicken breast. Pour soup mixture over the top of each.

Step 4Mix stuffing (or bread crumbs) with melted butter and sprinkle over the top, as well.

Step 5Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
