This dish is perfect for using up some leftover stuffing or breadcrumbs from the pantry. My husband and I love it because it's really tender and juicy, but a little crunchy on top! Yum!

Ingredients

  • 5 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 cups stuffing (or sub. with bread crumbs)
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

How To Make mozzarella chicken

  • Step 1
    Tenderize chicken, and then place on bottom of a glass 9x13" baking pan.
  • Step 2
    Whisk together soup and water.
  • Step 3
    Put a small handful of cheese on each chicken breast. Pour soup mixture over the top of each.
  • Step 4
    Mix stuffing (or bread crumbs) with melted butter and sprinkle over the top, as well.
  • Step 5
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
