This is a combination of my Mother's chicken casserole and my Mother-In-Law's chicken casserole. I ran out of ingredients one day and decided to try it this way. My family LOVED it.

Ingredients
- 1 package family size chicken thighs
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 package egg noodles
- 2 boxes chicken stuffing
- 6-8 slices american cheese (optional)
How To Make mother's chicken casserole

Step 1Boil chicken thighs until done, Drain chicken and set aside to cool.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350.

Step 3Boil egg noodles until tender.

Step 4Make stuffing using chicken broth instead of water. Once stuffing is done, set aside

Step 5Tear chicken into smaller pieces removing bone and fatty pieces.

Step 6Heat cream of chicken in medium sauce pan.

Step 7In large baking dish, mix chicken, noodles, cream of chicken, and stuffing.

Step 8Bake 50 minutes. Add American cheese and cook for additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
