1 tspeach ground cumin, sea salt, and ginger

How to Make Moroccan Chicken
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes turning once. Remove chicken from pan.
- Stir onions into skillet. Cook about 5 minutes until golden. Add seasoning. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth and honey. Return chicken to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes covered. Add raisins. Cook another 10 minutes.
- Serve with cooked couscous and garnish with cilantro if desired
