Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 - bone in chicken thighs skin removed
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 tablespoon each mccormick gourmet cinnamon roasted ground saigon and garlic powder california
- 1 teaspoon each ground cumin, sea salt, and ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon saffron crushed
- 1 can 14 1/2 oz. diced tomatoes undrained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/3 cup raisins
How To Make moroccan chicken

Step 1Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook 8 minutes turning once. Remove chicken from pan.

Step 2Stir onions into skillet. Cook about 5 minutes until golden. Add seasoning. Stir in tomatoes, chicken broth and honey. Return chicken to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 10 minutes covered. Add raisins. Cook another 10 minutes.

Step 3Serve with cooked couscous and garnish with cilantro if desired
