Ingredients

    milk, 1%
  • 1
    whole chicken (cut up)
  • 2 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    poultry seasoning
  • 3
    eggs beaten
  • 1 Tbsp
    salt and pepper (not of each but together)
  • ·
    vegetable or olive oil (i prefer olive oil)

How to Make MORE THEN TASTY FRIED GARLIC CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. HEAT OIL IN DEEP FRYER OR A DEEP FRYING PAN
    WHILE OIL IS HEATING UP WASH THE CHICKEN PIECES IN A SALT AND COLD WATER FOR A FEW SECONDS. WHEN THE CHICKEN IS WASHED PAT DRY WITH A PAPER TOWEL.
    THEN YOU MIX THE MILK AND EGG MIXURE INTO A MEDIUM SIZE BOWL
    AFTER YOU ARE FINISHED WITH THAT MIX THE FLOUR, GARLIC POWDER POULTRY SEASONING, AND SALT/PEPPER MIXTURE INTO SEPERATE BOWL.
    WHEN THE OIL IS HEATED TO THE RIGHT TEMP, DIP CHICKEN INTO MILK AND EGG THEN DIP INTO THE FLOUR MIXTURE THEN PUT INTO OIL
    LET COOK TIL THE MEAT IN COOKED ALL THE WAY THROUGH (SHOULD BE BETWEEN 15-20 MIN)
    LET COOL FOR 5-10 BEFORE SERVING TO PREVENT BURNING YOU AND YOUR MEALS PARTNERS
