Ingredients

  • 2 - 14 oz. cans swanson chicken broth
  • 5 large potatoes, cut into 1" pieces
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • - salt & pepper, to taste

How To Make *** mom's swanson mashed potatoes ***

  • Step 1
    Put broth & potatoes in pan (DO NOT USE WATER). Boil, cover & cook. Drain, reserving broth.
  • Step 2
    Mash with 1/4 C reserved broth, cream, butter, salt & pepper. Add more reserved broth, if desired.
