Ingredients For *** mom's slaw ***

  • SLAW:
  • 2 - 3 oz. pkg
    chicken or beef raman noodles
  • 1 lb
    cabbage slaw mix
  • 1 c
    sunflower seeds
  • 1 bunch
    green onions, chopped
  • DRESSING:
  • 3/4 c
    peanut or sesame oil
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 2
    flavor packets (from the raman noodles)

How To Make *** mom's slaw ***

    Crush up noodles. Add slaw, seeds & onions; mix well.

    Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over slaw mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours for noodles to soften & flavors to marry.
