Ingredients

  • SLAW:
  • 2 - 3 oz. packages chicken or beef raman noodles
  • 1 pound cabbage slaw mix
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • DRESSING:
  • 3/4 cup peanut or sesame oil
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 - flavor packets (from the raman noodles)

How To Make *** mom's slaw ***

  • Step 1
    Crush up noodles. Add slaw, seeds & onions; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Mix dressing ingredients. Pour over slaw mixture. Refrigerate at least 4 hours for noodles to soften & flavors to marry.
