Step 1Preheat oven to 325 degree F.

Step 2In medium bowl, combine soup, oregano, basil, garlic, rind & juice, mix well.

Step 3Place chicken in greased 13 x 9" baking dish, salt & pepper chicken, then pour mixture over chickn & bake for 1 1/2 hours.
