Mom's Company Chicken
6boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8-10slices swiss cheese
1 can(s)cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cgood dry white wine
1/4 ccream or milk
1/2 pkgstuffing mix (like pepperidge farms or arnolds)
1 cmelted butter
How to Make Mom's Company Chicken
- Spray a rectangular pan with Pam.
Prehaet oven to 350
- Put the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Top with the swiss cheese slices.
- Mix the soup, wine and cream together. Pour over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with the stuffing mix (right on top of the chicken)
Pour the melted butter over the top and bake uncovered for an hour (or until the chicken is done)
