I am sure we all have this recipe or knows someone who does! We grew up with this being my Mom's "go to" recipe when company was coming (otherwise her chicken would have been swimming in tomato sauce)

boneless, skinless chicken breasts
slices swiss cheese
1 can(s)
cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c
good dry white wine
1/4 c
cream or milk
1/2 pkg
stuffing mix (like pepperidge farms or arnolds)
1 c
melted butter


1Spray a rectangular pan with Pam.
Prehaet oven to 350
2Put the chicken breasts in the baking dish. Top with the swiss cheese slices.
3Mix the soup, wine and cream together. Pour over the chicken and cheese. Sprinkle with the stuffing mix (right on top of the chicken)
Pour the melted butter over the top and bake uncovered for an hour (or until the chicken is done)
