Ingredients

  • 4
    skinless boneless chicken breasts cut into large chunks
  • 1 large
    onion
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 2 small
    cans chicken broth
  • 1 can(s)
    italian style stewed tomatoes (mash up the tomatoes)
  • 1 can(s)
    sweet peas
  • 1 box
    saffron rice

How to Make MOM'S CHICKEN WITH PEAS

Step-by-Step

  1. Dredge chicken pieced in flour and fry in olive oil till brown and remove. Saute onion and garlic in oil and add one can chicken broth and one can diced tomatoes. Add chicken and another 3/4 can chicken broth. Simmer till chicken is cooked through and add drained sweet peas. Serve over rice.
