Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken tenders or breasts, boneless & skinless
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 4 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- tabasco, to taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- shredded lettuce
- salsa

Step 1Slice chicken into 1/8" strips.

Step 2Mix together garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, orange juice, vinegar, tabasco. Marinate chicken in mixture 10 minutes.

Step 3Heat oil in skillet or griddle until hot. Stir fry chicken strips, onion, green pepper until chicken is no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Step 4Serve in tortilla with the sliced onions, peppers, shredded lettuce & salsa.
