Ingredients

2 Tbspbutter

3 clovegarlic

2 Tbspflour

4-6skinless boneless chicken breasts

1 largeonion

2bay leaves

2apples such as golden delicious

2 Tbspcurry

1 tsppaprika

1/2 cgolden raisins (if you like more or less adjust accordingly)

1knorr chicken bouillon cube

8 ozheavy whipping cream or a can of coconut milk

2 cwater

1 Tbspeach of chutney on their respective plates

1 can(s)large slices peaches in heavy syrup

2-4 crice (i use jasmine rice)
How to Make Mom's Chicken Curry
- Add Larry's Garlic salt and pepper to diced chicken and brown in butter. When fully cooked add finally chopped onion, garlic, bay leaves, and finely chopped peeled apple.
- When onions are cooked add flour and let the flour coat everything. Add curry, paprika and water.
- When sauce is thick enough add raisins and bouillon cube. Let it cook on medium low or simmer for a while so that apples dissipate in the sauce.
- At the end add heavy cream.
- Serve with rice, peaches in their syrup, and a fine chutney.
- If you decide to use coconut milk, you may want to cook it longer so some of the liquid evaporates to a thicker consistency or use less coconut milk than the full can.
