Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 stick butter, divided
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sage leaves, fresh
- - salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 cups chicken broth, low salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3 cups chicken, boneless, skinless, cooked & diced
- 1 - 14 oz. cans sliced potatoes, drained & quartered (you got me on this one)
- 2 cups seasoned stuffing cubed
How To Make *** mom's chicken casserole #2 ***

Step 1Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Step 2Saute vegetables & onion in 1/2 stick butter. Stir in flour, sage, salt, pepper, broth & milk; cook until thick.

Step 3In greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish, add chicken, potatoes & vegetable mixture. Pour remaining melted butter over all. Bake 10 - 15 minutes or until done.
