Mmmmmm is for Mom! This was "THE BEST"! Dad nor I ever remember Mom making this dish, but if she had....it would have been requested again & again! This recipe will be on my "go to" list!

Ingredients
- 2 packages chicken tenders, boneless & skinless, cut into bite sized pieces & cooked
- 1 package frozen broccoli, thawed
- 1 - onion, diced
- 7 oz. jars sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cans chicken broth, low salt
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon onion flakes, dehydrated
- 1 stick butter, melted

Step 1Since the chicken has to be cooked ahead of time, do that first (early in day) & then let it cool. First cut chicken into bite sized pieces, season with salt & pepper to taste & cook in skillet until done.

Step 2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 3In large bowl, mix together chicken, florets, onion, mushroom & cheese. Pour into 13 x 9" greased baking pan.

Step 4In another bowl mix chicken broth, yogurt, lemon juice & flour. Pour over chicken mixture.

Step 5In another bowl mix bread crumbs, parsley, onion flakes; mix well. Spread over sauce mixture. Pour melted butter over top. Bake 50 minutes or until crisp.
