moms chicken and rice casserole
I dont know where my mom got this recipe from but this is how she made this when I was growing up.

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any type you like)
- 1 can sliced mushrooms (small)
- 1 can cream of celery soup (or you can use 1 cup of hellmans mayo)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make moms chicken and rice casserole

Step 1Cook rice according to package. Add broccoli to your rice right before the rice is done.

Step 2Except for the parmesan cheese, mix all the other ingredients together and put into a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 3Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
