He told me about this chicken recipe. He said this technique makes the chicken very moist and tender inside. I'm thinking it's because of rubbing each piece with olive oil.
I assured him that I would try it and I'm so glad I did because it's a keeper. Just wish I could remember his name.

How to Make Moist & Tender Fried Chicken
- Cut individual pieces if using a whole chicken. Wash and clean really well then pat dry with a paper towel.
- Generously rub each piece with olive oil. Season with your choice of seasonings (such as salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, etc). Place into a ziplock bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
