  • 1/4 cup white miso
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 5 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 bone in chicken thighs

How To Make miso glazed chicken thighs

  • Step 1
    Make a few slashes in the thighs. In a large bowl whisk together the soy sauce, miso, vinegar, sugar, ginger and garlic. Add the chicken thighs and let marinate for 2 hours.
  • Step 2
    Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
