- 1/4 cup white miso
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 6 bone in chicken thighs
How To Make miso glazed chicken thighs

Step 1Make a few slashes in the thighs. In a large bowl whisk together the soy sauce, miso, vinegar, sugar, ginger and garlic. Add the chicken thighs and let marinate for 2 hours.

Step 2Heat the oven to 450 degrees. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes. Until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
