- Place chicken between 2 sheets of plastic wrap and pound thin with mallet.
In a small bowl whisk together the miso and peach jam. Salt and pepper the chicken breast and brush with the glaze. Add oil to non stick pan and cook chicken turning and continuing to baste with glaze until no longer pink in middle
- Garnish with cilantro
