Ingredients

1 can(s)
mixed vegetables drained
1 can(s)
cream of potato soup
1/4 c
milk/soy
pinch
salt and pepper
3
chicken breast cooked diced
2 can(s)
pillsburry biscuits (10 ct)

How to Make Mini Chicken Pot Pie

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 400F
  • 2Grease muffin pan
  • 3Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl
  • 4Flatten 1 biscuit with palms of hands think like a pie crust and mold into bottom of the muffin pan
  • 5Add about 1Tbsp of mixture or desired amount into middle
  • 6Take another biscuit and flatten, place on top and pinch sides together
  • 7Repeat with rest of biscuits and mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
