Ingredients
- 1 can mixed vegetables drained
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1/4 cup milk/soy
- pinch salt and pepper
- 3 - chicken breast cooked diced
- 2 cans pillsburry biscuits (10 ct)
How To Make mini chicken pot pie

Step 1Preheat oven 400F

Step 2Grease muffin pan

Step 3Mix 1st 5 ingredients in a bowl

Step 4Flatten 1 biscuit with palms of hands think like a pie crust and mold into bottom of the muffin pan

Step 5Add about 1Tbsp of mixture or desired amount into middle

Step 6Take another biscuit and flatten, place on top and pinch sides together

Step 7Repeat with rest of biscuits and mixture. Bake for 15-20 minutes till golden brown
