Everyone probably has their own version of this recipe. This just happens to be the one that my mom made and passed down. I haven't had it in a while. I am going to have to change that soon.

Ingredients
- CASSEROLE INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag doritos, any flavor or plain tortilla chips are good, too
- 1 - chicken, boiled saving the broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cups grated cheese (or more lol)
- SAUCE INGREDIENTS
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can ro-tel, diced tomatoes with green chiles

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Butter a 13 x 9 pan. After boiling chicken let cool and pick meat from bones. Chop into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2Layer casserole ingredients in the prepared pan in the order listed.

Step 3Mix together all sauce ingredients and pour over casserole ingredients in pan. Bake in the oven until bubbly around the edges. Top with more cheese if desired and return to oven to melt. Adjust consistency by adding more chicken broth if desired.
