apple cider vinegar

dried ancho chili, stemmed, seeded, and cut into small pieces

ground cumin

How to Make Miles James’ Mustard Bourbon Sauce


  • 1Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté green onions, white onions, and garlic until tender. Mix in all remaining ingredients, adding bourbon last. Simmer sauce until thick and reduced to 7 cups, stirring occasionally, about one hour.
