2 ccubed,cooked chicken meat
1/4 cchopped onion
4 cshredded cheddar cheese
1 csour cream

How to Make Mild Cheesy Chicken Enchiladas
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, mix the chicken,onion,1 cup cheese, and 3/4 cup sour cream.
Disperse the mix evenly between the tortillas. Roll into enchiladas, arrange in single layer in baking dish.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt together remaining cheese and sour cream. Pour over the enchiladas, and top with tomatoes and black olives.
- Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
