Ingredients
- 2 cups cubed,cooked chicken meat
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 - flour tortillas
- 1 1/2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1/2 cup black olives
How To Make mild cheesy chicken enchiladas

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

Step 2In a medium bowl, mix the chicken,onion,1 cup cheese, and 3/4 cup sour cream. Disperse the mix evenly between the tortillas. Roll into enchiladas, arrange in single layer in baking dish.

Step 3In a saucepan over low heat, melt together remaining cheese and sour cream. Pour over the enchiladas, and top with tomatoes and black olives.

Step 4Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly
