My Fiancé makes this for me and it has become my favorite. We have tried it with different BBQ Sauces and different Beers but our favorites are listed in the recipe. It works well paired with Fresh, Corn on the Cob, and sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. In the winter time I like to enjoy it with Rice and Kimchi.
1Place 2-4 Chicken Breasts in a foil pan, pour in 2 bottles of a "Hefe Weizen”, we prefer Franziskaner Weissbier;
Mix together in a small bowl, 2 tsp of “Kickin Chicken” and 1 tsp of Red Pepper Flakes, sprinkle on top of chicken;
Throw on a few shakes of Franks Red Hot Sauce;
Cover with Foil and place in fridge to marinate for 2-3 hours;
2Preheat your outdoor grill on a low setting;
Place entire covered pan on the grill (low heat) and cook for approx 1 hour. (Dont rush the cook time, let it cook slowly to soak up all the flavors)
3After fully cooked remove the breasts from the pan and place them directly on the grill and coat with “Sweet Baby Rays” BBQ sauce, cook for 5 minutes on each side, on medium heat, basting in between
