- - veg. oil cooking spray
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cheddar cheese
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 cup salsa (mild or med)
- 1 - whole roasted chicken (boned & chopp) about 4 cups
- 2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 package flour tortillas
- 1 cup onion chives (optional)

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 by-9-inch pan with the cooking spray.

Step 2in a large bowl stir together 4 kinds of soup and salsa. Stir in chicken.

Step 3Layer the tortillas and the chicken mixture in the pan, beginning and ending with tortillas,sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 min.Top with onions (optional)
