Ingredients

  • - veg. oil cooking spray
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 cup salsa (mild or med)
  • 1 - whole roasted chicken (boned & chopp) about 4 cups
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 package flour tortillas
  • 1 cup onion chives (optional)

How To Make mexican chicken pie

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 13 by-9-inch pan with the cooking spray.
  • Step 2
    in a large bowl stir together 4 kinds of soup and salsa. Stir in chicken.
  • Step 3
    Layer the tortillas and the chicken mixture in the pan, beginning and ending with tortillas,sprinkle with cheese and bake for 30 min.Top with onions (optional)
