Mexican Chicken Casserole
1-1 1/2 lbboneless chicken breast (shred into pieces)
1 cchicken broth
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s)cream of chicken soup
1 lbvelveeta cheese
1 mediumonion minced
3/4bag of regular cheese doritos
How to Make Mexican Chicken Casserole
- In sauce pan, mix broth, soups, rotel and velveeta together until melted consistently.
- In baking dish, spray with cooking spray, layer Doritos, chicken shreds and minced onion. Pour half mixture from sauce pan and then repeat.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
