bag nacho cheese doritas (crushed)
1/2 bottle

small can mushroom pieces (opt)

How to Make Mexican Chicken Casserole


  • 1in a 9" x 13" glass pan put the rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup,diced chicken and (opt) minced onions, mushrooms.stir to mix well,
  • 2add cheese and pour crushed nachos over mixture
  • 3Bake at 350 30 minutes
