  • 2 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 1 can mild rotel tomatoes
  • 1 small box velveeta chesee diced in cubes
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large bag nacho cheese doritas (crushed)
  • 1/2 bottle minced onion (opt)
  • 1 can small can mushroom pieces (opt)

How To Make mexican chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    in a 9" x 13" glass pan put the rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup,diced chicken and (opt) minced onions, mushrooms.stir to mix well,
  • Step 2
    add cheese and pour crushed nachos over mixture
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 30 minutes
