Had this when i was younger, but added a few things to it!! Very yummy dinner!

Ingredients
- 1 large can of cream of chicken soup
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 small can green chiles chopped
- 1 small onion chopped and sauted in butter till brown
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese
- 2 pounds chicken tenders, boiled till tender,then shredded
- 1 cup instant rice
- - taco seasoning mix
- 1 package doritos
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make mexican chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 350* Boil chicken tenders in half of taco mix...this gives the chicken some flavor while boiling.. then shred. Saute your onions in the butter till Brown. Cook minute rice and add the other half of taco seasoning mix. Mix together: Soup, sour cream, chiles, cooked onions, salt and pepper, cooked rice, cooked chicken, and 8 oz of cheddar cheese.

Step 2Layer half bag of Doritos, crushed in a 9x13 pan. Then add the mixture on top of that. Then layer with more crushed Doritos and the rest of the Cheddar Cheese.. bake until brown and bubbly..approximately 40 minutes. Enjoy!!
