Ingredients For mexican chicken casserole

  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can
    cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can
    mexican stewed tomatoes
  • 1 can
    sliced green chiles
  • 4 c
    cooked chicken
  • 1 pkg
    flour tortillas
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 can
    cooking spray

How To Make mexican chicken casserole

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with cooking spray.

    In a pan, stir together the soups, tomatoes, green chiles, and shredded chicken. Warm mixture on low to make it easier to spread.

    Layer the tortillas and chicken mixture in dish; beginning with and ending with tortillas. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 3 minutes.
