white chicken meat
2 (10oz) can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz) can(s)
ro-tel tomatoes w/ green chilies
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 1/2 c
evaporated milk
1 (9 oz) pkg
tortilla chips
1 1/2 c
shredded cheddar cheese

How to Make Mexican Chicken Casserole


  • 1Combine all ingredients except cheese in a bowl. Mixture will be soupy. Spread into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Top w/ cheese.
  • 2Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. or until bubbly. You may prepare this in advance adding the chips and cheese at baking time.
