- 1 can ro-tel
- 1/2 package velvetta

Step 1Preheat oven to 350

Step 2Mix the chicken with cream of mushroom soup, and rotel

Step 3Lightly smash into big pieces 1/2 the bag of fritos

Step 4Add to mixture. Put mixture into a 13x9 casserole/cake pan.

Step 5Layer with the remaining corn chips.

Step 6Top with thinly sliced velvetta.

Step 7Cover with aluminum foil except the last five minutes.
