Ingredients

  • ·
    1-lb. chicken breast, browned.
  • ·
    1 can fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • ·
    1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ·
    1 soup can of milk
  • ·
    1 (10oz.) can enchilada sauce
  • ·
    1 (10oz.) can rotel tomatoes with green chilies
  • ·
    1 (11oz.) can mexican corn
  • ·
    1 sm. can green chilies
  • ·
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • ·
    1 tsp. cumin (opt.)
  • ·
    2-3 c. shredded cheddar/mexican or jalapeno cheese

How to Make Mexican Chicken and Tortilla Soup

Step-by-Step

  1. Combine all Ingredients in a Large Bowl, Mix well. Put into Crock-Pot. Cook til heated through. Serve with tortilla chips whole or crushed in soup~
