The amount of heat can be adjusted to your liking. I sometimes add jalapenos. The cheese amount can also be varied but I like to taste the chicken and tomatoes.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning mix
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 3/4 cup taco sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 ounces shredded cheese
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
How To Make mexican chicken

Step 1Mix together first 5 ingredients. In a 9 x 9 baking dish, layer 1/4 cup of sauce mix then chicken and then next remaining sauce. Finish with a layer of cheese.

Step 2Place in a 375 degree preheated oven for 20 minutes or until bubbly.

Step 3While the casserole is heating, gather up tortillas and some left over rice. Warm tortillas in toaster oven or microwave briefly. Don't let them get dry. Rice can be reheated in the microwave or stovetop if desired.

Step 4When chicken is done, mix with rice and fill tortillas with the chicken mixture. Enjoy.
