    rotel tomatoes

    whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium
    onion, chopped
  • ·
    corn tortillas, cut into triangels
  • 8 oz
    sour cream

How to Make Mexican Chicken


  1. Preheat overn to 350 degrees
  2. In large bowl, stir together the three kinds of soups, Rotel tomatoes and sour cream.
    Stir in deboned chicken and chopped onion.
  3. Layer in 13x9 inch pan:
    Chicken mixture
    Chicken mixture
    Top with shredded cheddar cheese
  4. Bake for 30 minutes
