Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes
  • 1 - whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • - corn tortillas, cut into triangels
  • 8 ounces sour cream

How To Make mexican chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat overn to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    In large bowl, stir together the three kinds of soups, Rotel tomatoes and sour cream. Stir in deboned chicken and chopped onion.
  • Step 3
    Layer in 13x9 inch pan: Tortillas Chicken mixture Tortillas Chicken mixture Top with shredded cheddar cheese
  • Step 4
    Bake for 30 minutes
