- 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 can rotel with 1/2 can water
- 2 to 3 - chicken breasts diced
- 1 large bag doritoes
- 1 - bag shredded cheese
How To Make mex tex chicken

Step 1Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup with rotel and 1/2 can water in a large bowl.

Step 2Pour soup mixture and rotel in a 9 by 13 casserole. Cut chicken and put in casserole. mix well

Step 3Sprinkle with crushed doritoes and cheese bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Serve
