Ingredients

  • 2 can(s)
    cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 can(s)
    rotel with 1/2 can water
  • 2 to 3
    chicken breasts diced
  • 1 large
    bag doritoes
  • 1
    bag shredded cheese

How to Make MEX TEX CHICKEN

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix 2 cans cream of mushroom soup with rotel and 1/2 can water in a large bowl.
  2. Pour soup mixture and rotel in a 9 by 13 casserole. Cut chicken and put in casserole. mix well
  3. Sprinkle with crushed doritoes and cheese bake in 350 degree oven 30 minutes. Serve
