My mom made this chicken all of the time, but I tweeked it a little by adding the crushed Cheeze It crackers! Enjoy!

Ingredients For memaw's cheesy chicken

1 ccrushed cheese it crackers

One-half cpanko bread crumbs

One-half cparmesan cheese
-
1 Tbsppaprika
-
2eggs, beaten
-
One-half cmilk
-
salt and pepper to taste

4pieces of cut-up bone-in, skin on chicken pieces

One-fourth cmelted butter
How To Make memaw's cheesy chicken

1Wash the chicken pieces and pat to dry. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

2Beat the eggs and milk in a pie plate.

3In a food processor, grind up the Cheese It crackers. Blend in the Panko bread crumbs, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and paprika.

4Dip the chicken pieces in the egg mixture. Then drop the chicken pieces in the bread crumb mixture and coat evenly. Please the chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
