Got this recipe from a neighbor of mine.I always make this for my family's special occasions. My grandsons favorite.I also make it for family reunions or church suppers. It is always all gone. Very easy to make and is delicious.

Ingredients
- 3-4 - split chicken breast
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups reserved chicken broth
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 1 cup self rising flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make melt in your mouth chickenpie

Step 1Cook chicken until tender and done. Remove chicken from bones and strain the broth. Break up chicken into small pieces and place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

Step 2In a saucepan mix and bring to boil the chicken broth and the undiluted soup. In another bowl, combine melted margarine, pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk. Mix throughly to form a batter. Pour broth mixture over chicken. Spoon the batter over top of chicken and broth mixture. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
