3-4split chicken breast
1 can(s)cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken
1/2 tspblack pepper
2 creserved chicken broth
1 stickmelted margarine
1 cself rising flour
How to Make Melt In Your Mouth Chickenpie
- Cook chicken until tender and done. Remove chicken from bones and strain the broth. Break up chicken into small pieces and place in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
- In a saucepan mix and bring to boil the chicken broth and the undiluted soup. In another bowl, combine melted margarine, pepper, salt, flour and buttermilk. Mix throughly to form a batter. Pour broth mixture over chicken. Spoon the batter over top of chicken and broth mixture. Bake at 425 for 30 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
