    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 c
    parmesan cheese or sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
    seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder

How To Make melt in your mouth chicken

    Cut each chicken breast into 3 large strips. Place chicken breast strip in a bowl of milk. Let it soak for 20 to 30 minutes or overnight. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese and seasonings.

    Place chicken in a 9 X 13 inch baking dish and spread mixture evenly on top of the chicken breasts, and sprinkle with remaining cheese Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
