Ingredients For meat curry

1/2 cvegetable oil

1/2 conion, chopped

2 Tbsponion, chopped

4 clovegarlic, finely chopped

1piece ginger root, 1-inch, halved

2 tspcumin seed

4whole cardamom seeds

1cinnamon stick
-
4whole cloves

1/2 tspground red pepper

1 tspturmeric

6 oztomato paste

4pieces chicken

2 mdpotatoes, peeled and quartered

1/2 cfresh coriander
How To Make meat curry

1In a large frying pan, heat oil over medium heat for 1 minute. Add onion, garlic, ginger root, cumin, cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, red pepper, and turmeric and stir.

2Stir in tomato paste and cook about 10 minutes or until tomato paste separates from oil. Stir to blend oil and tomato paste.

3Add chicken, reduce heat to low, and cover. Simmer for 35 minutes.

4Add potatoes, cover, and simmer 15 minutes or until tender.

5Add coriander and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes more.
