Ingredients

  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 10 ounces chicken, canned, drained and flaked
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced and drained
  • 8 1/2 ounces peas, drained
  • 3 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 ounces pimento, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

How To Make meal-in-one stir-fry

  • Step 1
    Cook onion in large skillet until transparent.
  • Step 2
    Add chicken, mushrooms, peas, rice, pimientos and pepper; stir well and heat thoroughly.
