Marinated chicken that you grill. You can leave the breasts whole and serve four or slice and serve 6 to 8. Marinating time is 3 to 4 hours which is not included in prep and cook time. Please prepare to marinate your chicken!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chablis or other dry white wine
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, minced
- 2 tablespoons dry white vermouth
- 1 tablespoon white wine worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 4 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
How To Make martooni chicken

Step 1Combine all the ingredients except the chicken in a medium bowl; stir well.

Step 2Pour the mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Add the chicken, turning to coat both sides. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours.

Step 3Remove the chicken from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals (350 to 400 degrees F) about 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until the chicken is done, basing occasionally with the marinade.
