martha louise's garlic chicken
I adapted this recipe from one found on the Internet several years ago. It quickly became a family favorite. It is an easy yet elegant entree, especially for garlic lovers! So simple, yet so good! Be sure to use fresh grated Parmesan; it does make a difference.

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil (extra virgin prefered)
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs, dried
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 - chicken breasts, halved and pounded thin
How To Make martha louise's garlic chicken

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2In skillet warm garlic in olive oil for a few minutes to blend flavors. Dip chicken pieces in oil.

Step 3Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat chicken well in crumbs. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.

Step 4Bake for 20 - 25 minutes, or until just tender. *Chicken may also be sauteed in skillet, 10 - 15 minutes or until cooked through. Great with rice or noodles.
