Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders
- 1/2 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low-sodium
- 1 crushed garlic clove (optional)
How To Make marmalade glazed chicken tenders

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse and dry the chicken tenders. Remove all visible fat. Spray a 10x8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Step 2In a medium-sized bowl, mix the orange marmalade, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic. Coat the chicken pieces in the sauce.

Step 3Arrange in the baking pan. Spoon the remaining mixture over the chicken.

Step 4Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
