Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds chicken breast tenders
  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce, low-sodium
  • 1 crushed garlic clove (optional)

How To Make marmalade glazed chicken tenders

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Rinse and dry the chicken tenders. Remove all visible fat. Spray a 10x8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Step 2
    In a medium-sized bowl, mix the orange marmalade, mustard, soy sauce, and garlic. Coat the chicken pieces in the sauce.
  • Step 3
    Arrange in the baking pan. Spoon the remaining mixture over the chicken.
  • Step 4
    Bake uncovered for 40 minutes.
