Marinated Ginger Chicken

chicken, broiler-fryer
1 Tbsp
ginger, ground
1/2 c
lemon juice
1/2 c
vegetable oil
1 tsp
onion salt
1/4 c
soy sauce
1/4 tsp
garlic powder


1Cut chicken in to serving parts if not already in that form; place chicken in shallow baking dish.
2n small bowl, combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken.
3Cover, refrigerate 4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
4Grill or broil as desired, basting frequently with marinade.
5Refrigerate leftovers.
