Ingredients

  • 5 lb
    chicken wings
  • 1 c
    soy sauce, dark
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 6 oz
    pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Marinated Chicken Wings

Step-by-Step

  1. Cut tips off wings and make slit between remaining joint so wings lay straight.(break bone if needed)
  2. Mix together all ingredients pouring over chicken wings in large bowl. Let stand overnite or up to 2 days covered, and in fridge.
  3. Take wings out of juice and place on pan, baking @ 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
