Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken wings
- 1 cup soy sauce, dark
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make marinated chicken wings

Step 1Cut tips off wings and make slit between remaining joint so wings lay straight.(break bone if needed)

Step 2Mix together all ingredients pouring over chicken wings in large bowl. Let stand overnite or up to 2 days covered, and in fridge.

Step 3Take wings out of juice and place on pan, baking @ 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.
