I received this marinade from a friend who always brought this when we went camping. Serve with Vigo yellow rice and a salad.

1 pkg
chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
2 Tbsp
barbecue sauce (i used sweet baby ray's)
2 Tbsp
garlic (minced)
1/3 c
vegetable oil
1/4 c
soy sauce, dark
2 can(s)
pineapple chunks (large)

How to Make Marinated Chicken Breasts


  • 1Combine all ingredients except chicken. Stir well.
  • 2Add Chicken to gallon size plastic bag. Pour marinade over the chicken in bag.
  • 3Add more soy sauce or a small can of pineapple juice if chicken isn't covered.
  • 4Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. The longer you marinade the better the chicken is.
  • 5Grill chicken medium heat until juices run clear. approximately 30 minutes. Let rest 5-10 minutes.
