Ingredients

  • 12 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 4 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 cups butter cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups saltine cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup melted butter

How To Make marinated baked chicken breasts

  • Step 1
    Rinse the chicken and pat dry.
  • Step 2
    Combine the sour cream, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, salt, celery salt, paprika, pepper and garlic salt in a shallow dish and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Add the chicken, turning to coat. Chill, covered for 8 to 10 hours, turning occasionally.
  • Step 4
    Roll the chicken in a mixture of the butter crackers and saltine crackers. Arrange in a shallow baking pan.
  • Step 5
    Drizzle with ½ of the butter mixture. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
  • Step 6
    Drizzle with the remaining butter. Bake for 45 minutes longer or until cooked through.
