Ingredients
- 1 cup canola oil
- 2/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup water
- 5 tablespoons ketchup
- 5 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon minced onion (can use dried)
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- dash hot pepper sauce
- - salt, to taste
- 3 pounds chicken pieces
How To Make marinade for grilled bbq chicken

Step 1Mix all ingredients, except chicken.

Step 2Place chicken in shallow plastic container and pour marinade over the top.

Step 3Marinate 6 to 8 hours or overnight, turning occasionally, if possible.

Step 4Follow grill time for your grill, making sure the chicken at least reaches 165°.
