Ingredients
- 12 - chicken legs ( or your choice of peices)
- 1 1/2 cups margarita mix
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons ginger ( grated)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice ( concentrate)
- 1 1/8 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- GLAZE( OPTIONAL)
- 2 tablespoons honey

How To Make margarita chicken (kat's)

Step 1In a large ziploc bag add everything except chicken pieces and mix well, add chicken pieces and coat well, place in fridge for 4-6 hours if possible.

Step 2Place in baking dish and bake 25 minutes or until done, the last 5 minutes mix the glaze and brush on chicken. This can be grilled also
