Margarita Beer Can Chicken

All the hype about these margarita beers (sooo good) Had to give this a try! Enjoy!!
1whole chicken (approx. 5lbs)
2limes zested and juiced
1/4 cchopped fresh cilantra
4grated garlic cloves
1/2 tspcayenne pepper
·salt and pepper
1/2 colive oil
1 can(s)lime beer or lime a rita
How to Make Margarita Beer Can Chicken
- Make sure your grill reaches 400 degrees.
Remove chicken from marinade, add extra s&p to chicken,open beer remove half beer. Place chicken on can of beer.
Place on grill, turn burner under chicken on low, and close lid.
Cook for about hour til thermometor on chicken reads 160 degrees. Let rest for 15mins before carving! Enjoy!
