maple syrup
2 tsp
dejun mustard
1 tsp
grated orange zest
1 Tbsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
bone in, skin on, split chicken breast
salt and pepper to your taste
1 Tbsp
vegetable oil

How to Make Maple Orange Chicken


  • 1preheat oven to 475
  • 2wisk maple syrup, mustard, orange zest, vingar and tyme in a medium bowl
  • 3pat chicken dry with a paper towl
  • 4season with salt and pepper
  • 5heat oil i an oven safe skillet over midium heat
  • 6cook skin side down for 5 minutes
  • 7turn skin side up and transfer to the oven
  • 8cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  • 9transfer chiken to plate
  • 10tent with foil
  • 11pour out any fat in skillet and maple mixmin pan over medium heat for 3 minutes(stir often)
  • 12season with salt and pepper
  • 13retern chicken to pan and glaze
  • 14serve
