Pan Fry


  • 1/2 c
    maple syrup
  • 2 tsp
    dejun mustard
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange zest
  • 1 Tbsp
    white vinegar
  • 1 tsp
  • 4
    bone in, skin on, split chicken breast
  • ·
    salt and pepper to your taste
  • 1 Tbsp
    vegetable oil

How to Make Maple Orange Chicken


  1. preheat oven to 475
  2. wisk maple syrup, mustard, orange zest, vingar and tyme in a medium bowl
  3. pat chicken dry with a paper towl
  4. season with salt and pepper
  5. heat oil i an oven safe skillet over midium heat
  6. cook skin side down for 5 minutes
  7. turn skin side up and transfer to the oven
  8. cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
  9. transfer chiken to plate
  10. tent with foil
  11. pour out any fat in skillet and maple mixmin pan over medium heat for 3 minutes(stir often)
  12. season with salt and pepper
  13. retern chicken to pan and glaze
  14. serve
