- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons dejun mustard
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 tablespoon white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon tyme
- 4 - bone in, skin on, split chicken breast
- - salt and pepper to your taste
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
How To Make maple orange chicken

Step 1preheat oven to 475

Step 2wisk maple syrup, mustard, orange zest, vingar and tyme in a medium bowl

Step 3pat chicken dry with a paper towl

Step 4season with salt and pepper

Step 5heat oil i an oven safe skillet over midium heat

Step 6cook skin side down for 5 minutes

Step 7turn skin side up and transfer to the oven

Step 8cook for 15 minutes or until golden brown
